As part of the Entrepreneurship course taught by Prof. Dr. Gülay ÖZDEMİR YILMAZ, a field trip was organized to Balıkesir Technopark.

On March 16, 2026, a field trip to Balıkesir Technopark was organized by the Faculty of Tourism and the Tourism Research and Application Center of Balıkesir University, as part of the Entrepreneurship course led by Prof. Dr. Gülay ÖZDEMİR YILMAZ. The trip, attended by Prof. Dr. Gülay ÖZDEMİR YILMAZ, Director of the Tourism Research and Application Center, and Res. Asst. Dr. Gözde KUMAŞ, provided students with information about the structure of the technopark, its areas of activity, and its role in university-industry collaboration. Students were informed about projects carried out within the technopark, entrepreneurial opportunities, and technology-focused studies, and had the opportunity to see the application areas firsthand. We would like to express our gratitude to Lecturer Burcu AYDEMİR, General Manager of Balıkesir Technopark, for her significant contributions to the realization of this event.
